CSSC Services
When
a company licenses the MIMS there are a number of services offered by CSSC;
some of which are considered essential and others that are optional.
- Database
set-up and configuration, including re-creation of all diagrams from
your existing format (e.g. CAD) into Visio (may be done at CSSC or
on-site)
- On-site
set-up and installation of the application and database
- Comprehensive
training conducted for all security levels
- System
support for application and database - Annual Agreement
- Historical
data conversion of existing records (e.g. from LIMS, Excel, Access) -
Optional
- On-site
user validation (complete the IQ, OQ, and PQ) - Optional
